‘The Quiet Room’ This is where the Cognition Brewery served their beers! It will be a quiet area where people can sit and chat, play cards, whatever. The chairs will be original pieces (see photo) from the 1930’s. Construction is underway on both this, ‘The Quiet Room’ and ‘The Tap Room’. ‘The Tap Room’ This round of photos is where The Tap Room at The Mather is going to go. It used to be the boiler room for the hotel back in the 1930’s and later the brewing area for The Cognition. The plan is for multiple TV’s, a stage and a full Tap Room with food.

The Mather Lounge: Where History and Happy Hour Collide
The Mather Lounge, located in the first-floor space that was formerly the Gentleman’s Bar, is an old-fashioned craft cocktail bar that offers a Prohibition Era experience. This historic lounge offers local & regional small batch spirits, signature craft cocktails, a robust wine selection, many whiskey & bourbon options and bottled beers and seltzers.
