We’ve been working extra hard to make this progress on our future taproom. Insulation, ducts, framing, it’s all been going in according to plan. The Mather is getting ever closer to having a new space for enjoying drinks from the draft, in a historical place. What was once the Cognision Taproom will soon be refreshed. The Second Update On Our New Spaces At The Mather!
‘The Quiet Room’ Some serious progress is being made on ‘The Quiet Room’! This will be an extension of The Mather Lounge, providing a quiet space for meaningful interaction, and enjoyment of our fine craft cocktails. ‘The Tap Room’ Here is another update on progress at The Mather’s ‘Tap Room’. If you don’t already know; This space was the original Cognition Brewery’s brewing space! We’re reclaiming it for our guests to enjoy the best beer the U.P. has to offer, and the staple domestics, of course.
