While no longer an inn, The Mather offers short- and long-term rental apartments with all utilities included, including free on-site laundry, parking, WIFI and a highly secure building with smart technology. This quiet facility offers a great place for young or older adults to put down roots or professionals temporarily working in the area to lay their heads. Although The Mather loves pets, we do not allow pets.

The one-bedroom short-term rentals can be reserved on a weekly or monthly basis and are furnished with full stocked for all your needs. The one- and two-bedroom long-term rentals include updated stainless-steel appliances. Both types of units are on secure floors that only allow door code access with each floor having its own laundry room.
