‘The Quiet Room’
This is where the Cognition Brewery served their beers!
It will be a quiet area where people can sit and chat, play cards, whatever. The chairs will be original pieces (see photo) from the 1930’s.
Construction is underway on both this, ‘The Quiet Room’ and ‘The Tap Room’.
‘The Tap Room’
This round of photos is where The Tap Room at The Mather is going to go. It used to be the boiler room for the hotel back in the 1930’s and later the brewing area for The Cognition.
The plan is for multiple TV’s, a stage and a full Tap Room with food.
